Looking at the first photo below you might think that there's too much food in my plate.. this of course my breakfast when we visited SA last weekend. In my big plate there's oriental vegetables, green peas, some rice and a meatloaf, in a big bowl I had chicken noodle soup plus some slices of fruits. Big breakfast for a skinny pregnant woman like me eh? But hey, it's an American breakfast.. when I say that it means LIGHT breakfast... it doesn't stay long in my stomach plus I had to give some of it to my girl too.
