For Future's Sake

It is advisable while we are young and healthy to save up money for the future. That is what my parents taught me when I was growing up. Yes, we were poor but in times of emergency we could have money to use anytime. My father was known for being so tight with money that was the source of my parents' argument for not giving my mother enough money for every day expenses.

Their situation continued until their children have grown up even until now. Although my father has stopped working two years ago due to stroke, he still has little income from his multicab. He is sick and I doubt if he can drive again. With all these being said, I somehow hope that he bought himself a life insurance. There is a life insurance quote that companies are offering nowadays. I may have to talk about this to him when I will be able to visit my family back home later this year. I think getting a life insurance for my father isn't too late, I believe he's still be able to pay for it.
