If I didn't lost weight naturally I could have bought myself some weight loss pills because at the time before my baby turned one year old, I was awfully big. Well, not as big as typical American woman but for me I was very big. The only thing that stopping me from taking pills was I was hesitant whether it can do good to my health or not.
